I'm really young. Im 16 and i worry about my weight ALOT. In may of 2008, after i just turned 15, i weighed in at a whopping 175 ( and i'm 5'3 3/4). I realized that if this got out of control that i would not be in a good place in the future, so i decided to work out and have lost 35 pounds since then, I now am 140, but my dilema is that i have someone stopped losing weight! i am exercising and eating properly as i was when i was losing weight but i know i need to lose more pounds but i can't seem to lose anymore! i need some help and suggestions and reasons for this and how i can get to losing weight again. Thanks :)

Keep doing what you are doing. Our bodies just love to hang on to the fat. The fat will eventually start to decrease again. Don't give up.

try to change up your routine a bit maybe trying a different type of cardio. You might just need to "suprise" your body
