Hi I am on the Jenny Craig program. It consists of 60% carbs, 20 % protien and 20 % fat.Im on 1700 calories a day right now but it will drop to 1500 once i lose a couple more pounds. I do weights 4x a week and cardio 3-5x (20-30 minuts).I want to up my protein intake because i know this is not enough. Im going to take a protein shakes and chicken breasts. When should i take them and how much? My weight is 193 lbs. Ive lost 22.6 since october 22 /02.
