I agree 100%!! Fill out your personal profile and give us a little background (height, weight, goals, etc). This will help us help you.

Hello Everyone,
I do appreciate all the attention I've received from this site, you guys are great. When I started working out about three years ago my bodyfat about 30%, it was very hard but one thing I had very clear was that I wanted to change my body and my life around. This has not been easy, but I can honestly say that the feeling of reaching something I only dreamed of, has given me the satisfation of a lifetime, making worth every sacrifice. From this posting I probably won't do much, but in time you guys will believe that what you see now in the mirror you have the power to change, If MOTIVATION is what you want, I will do my best which will be by sharing my life with all of you.

God Bless,
Johanna

Actually right now I like what I see in the mirror and was hoping to maintain it, thanks though. I thought getting my college degree was a little more of an uphill battle and a dream. LOL

Did you sign up for the ft 12 week mass program? Because that one builds intensity as you go.
