okay, i need to lose like 60 pounds. i modified my diet and joined the gym. now, what should i do while i'm there? i can't afford to pay for their trainers. i just want a basic overview of what machines to go on and for how long. and, i guess, in what order. anyone wanna give me the basics? elliptical? treadmill? stair climber? that arm bicycle thing? thank you
