At the end of the third week of traing at home with free weights, I will be joining a gym. Should I restart my 8 week program or wait...... Thanks.

Well yes and no. Yes, you should restart a program but again you actually just have to change it since in the gym you'll have much more equipment.
It doesn't matter much when you are a total beginner. What matters is that you continue to DO it!

So if I change my profile to train at a gym will I get machine exercises? I am enjoying the weight training and I am very serious about it. After two years of mountian biking and walking, I have lost 30+ lbs. I am ready to take it to the next level.... Thanks for your response.
