HI guys and girls.

I have a massive problem when I go to the gym and start lifting weights. After a while my shoulder just packs in working so it puts me off going back to the gym. I have had pysio on it before but it just cropps back in. I am a bit of a demic really. All my joint get a little sore after a session at the gym, knees elbow etc. I just want to keep to my program without pain.
