Hey my name is Dana. I'm 20 and a college student now. Each year I struggled with weight since highschool. I went from being 112 at the beginning of highschool to 130 then 115 then 130 the end of highschool year. I dropped to 125lbs my freshman year of college and now i'm 141lbs. I've been trying to diet for two weeks now and exercise. It's not helping any I just seem to be maintaining 141lbs. :(

Keep it up. Unfortunately you gals sometimes take a bit longer to start seeing results. It's like the engine has to warm up before firing on all cylinders(try being a trainer and telling that to your wife sometime!:-). It took my wife over a month to start shedding weight, but ultimately over 4 months she lost over 30 pounds.
Double check your diet and exercise routines to make sure everything is tight. Beyond that it's just a matter of patience.

I'm new too! It's hard to get into the swing of things - but if we stick with it - we will get there! Good luck to you!

I am new as well.
Keep going Dana, keep going!
It took awhile to gain that weight, it will take awhile and some dedication to lose it.
Don't focus on the scale and the numbers, focus on how you feel. It will take you about two weeks to start noticing your clothing fitting differently. But when you do notice the little extra fabric not tight anymore, ah hun, it will motivate you to keep going!
You got it girl, just keep it up!
