Hi! I love that people have recipes to contribute, but I think it would be nice if we could take some time to do a couple of things - let me know what you think.
Here are my ideas on it:
1) Lets post recipes that we have made and tasted. It is pointless to post nasty recipes, believe me, I have had cookbooks where something sounded good but was disappointingly gross. having made it and tested it is useful to everyone, I think.
2) If it isn't too much to ask (and I know I haven't done it a lot in the past, but improvement in all things is my ultimate goal), figure out the calorie content and pro/carbs/fat in a recipe. This is ultimately helpful to everyone because you can look at a recipe and know if it will fit into your plan. There are programs you can put your ingredients into for such info. You could even start a blank day in your freetrainers food journal and enter the ingredients for a recipe and get the totals for it. Or you can challenge your brain and read the labels and do math (yikes!).
Well, those are my thoughts, I will try to stick with them when I post recipes and I will also try to remember to spell-check my large posts ;)
