I tried it a few years ago and (no surprise)I wasn't overly impressed with it. I've got the best results on my mass cycles by simply using creatine, and eating a TON of clean calories( I gained 8 pounds in 8 weeks last time). Also make sure to lift heavy and don't be afraid to ask for a spot, or push to failure.
I don't know if you ever have any plans to compete, but just so you know, t-bomb is banned by natural bodybuilding federations...so i don't think it's worth it, for the little reward you'll get back.
