WOW. I miss this site. I've been so busy with a new job and yet trying to get my shoulder problem ironed out. Guess I'm in the range of getting what they call a frozen shoulder but its finally feeling somewhat..better. I suck because I have NOT been at the gym for months. BUT...started back today....I feel fat and weak. Actually, have gained weight but this crap is coming off soon with going back to the gym. There is nothing better then feeling the pride you get with the accomplishments you get working out. I just feel like I'm starting over. This time Im going to do some reading (over 40) to get this old bod in shape and what supplements work and what doesn't with working out. Anyone knowing of any good books, articles, etc for women over 40 and working with weights...pour it on. Good luck to all of you starting with this site. It's great.
