I've just joined this board and I'm trying to get back in shape. I'm a stay-at-home mom of an active 17 month old boy whom I can't keep up with! I've always had a hard time sticking to a diet or exercise program. I always just seem to give up and reach out to the candy bars and junk food. Right now I'm 194 pounds and want to get down to 140. I'm not sure if that's possible because my lowest adult weight was 146, but we'll see. If anyone wants an internet exercise and diet buddy please email me at mylied2004@yahoo.com.
