I just joined FT today in hopes of meeting people much like myself who will help me grow, literally. I am 5'10'' and weigh 145lbs. My one-rep bench max is 200 and one-rep squat max is 300. My goals are to get my weight up to 165lbs and lift as much weight as possible. I pretty much know everything that needs to be done, but getting second opinions is always nice.
