My name's Clayton, and I love weight training. I love the way it makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something purposeful. I'm in a fitness class at college, and I joined to have some way to keep track of my progress. I also am needing some variations in my workouts and diet, so I think this will help. I want to put on some serious mass, about 10 lbs. of lean muscle, and increase my strenth and power for my olympic lifts- because their pretty sad right now. Anyway, I'm glad to be here, and I hope everyone can meet their personal goals!
