Greetings all. just checking in to introduce myself, having joined up on the tenth of March. After a crippling back problem I am kicking 50 pounds in the b...! Started the Atkins, watch carbs, suck water and scavange protien diet. Also, kick started an exersize program to rebuild the hidden pecs and abs...have been sedentary for too many years. Going down from 250 to 200. Currently down ten and counting.
