Hello, I literally just joined. I need to loose about 30 pounds and need to be able to work out at home. I am a home based business owner with two little kids at home. Time to work out is hard to come by these days. I like the training outline for the week. I can stick to a three day a week program that will take roughly 20 - 30 minutes to complete. I can even get my kids in the action along with my hubby! =)
I hope to reach my goal - I would like to loose 2 pounds a week till I get to the 30 pound weight loss goal!
