Last Thursday I started @ the gym, & have been 6 times already. My concern is, am I making the most of my time @ the gym ?? I like the eliptical machine? I think thats what u call it.... So, I am up to 40 Min. on it. After my cardio I use the weight machines. One day I will do legs, and arms & abs the other day. I usually do about 30 on each. Is this the right way 2 workout for a woman ? O & I don't use much weight.
