Hello you lot just a question as to what time of day shall I do this as I work a shift pattern which means I finish at different times each day meaning I get home around 8pm on the latest evenings. Can it vary or should it be a specific time could it be in the morning on a couple of days or evening the other days, when I get home from work or at work not sure

No it doesn't really make a big difference as long as you can still do your workout.

the time is not important as far as exercise goes, you can walk in place if is too late to walk outside when u get home, or even walk around the house, just look at the time aand mark them down in a journal is the best way to do this,
