Hmm seems to be some contradictions

in an article in new Flex on page 104....Branch Warren says that during one of his recent 'intense' workouts he did 585 for 7 reps and his partner Johnie Jackson did 585 for 10 reps in deadlifts........now this directly contradicts an advertisement where Jackson claims to do reps of 10 with 700....this article was claiming how intense they go.....with lack of time....so it only seems to give more basis that Jackson would train not only with 700 but even more...and use even lower reps....

lol Andrew I think I just might.....seems funny....

I mean it's fairly decent magazine while using the facilities....and they do have some other useful advice...but yea their exaggerations are pretty obvious.......

I think I was reading somewhere that when Jackson loses his drive and his determination he watches Ronnie Colemans's video to motivate himself...well I have a feeling he might have watched the video one time too many and ...misremembered that it was ROnnie Coleman lifting that weight not him....
