Hey, i just started to work out about a month ago and have been going to the gym everyday since my start. My girlfriend had left me a couple of months ago and i had a lot of pent up energy. Instead of letting the anger fester i decided to use it to work out. I've been doing a lot of cardio (30 minutes at 5.5-6mph) each day. However, i had an irratic system of working out until I found this site. FT has been great in getting me focused and on track.

Thank you greatly,

Stephen

Welcome to ft Stephen. It is amazing how we let women get to us like that. Some of my best workouts have been after getting crossways with the wife. I have an idea. It sounds crazy but hey. Focus, work hard, achieve your goals, move on and really piss her off! Good luck with your fitness goals.

LOL. It works both ways. I do some of my best workouts after getting ticked off at my husband. It's a lot less messy than strangling him everytime :).

Go to the library, check out a book. It keeps me in a job, and you might learn something new. :)
