Hello to all the new members coming on board. This is a great place as there is lots of support to meet your goals. Just need to ask the question. Not bad for a cyber site.

Just also wanted to say hi to everyone out there. Am a little discouraged right now as I have a wrist injury that is keeping me from my workouts. Have been reading posts, and getting great information. Thanks all

Keep your chin up Dave. You will be back to training shortly, and making better and faster gains with the knowlege your are acquiring.

Hi, I am a new member on board! I am impressed with the postive attitudes and support that you all share. I have been working out for about 6 months and wanting to get a little more out of it, so need to expand my knowledge, and surround myself with people on the same journey! Jan

Jan, you have come to the right place. Everbody here is pretty quick to lend a helping hand & their support. Have you tried setting up a new fitness routine? That's a good place to start. Alwaysfeel free to post any questions you may have, none are too small or too big. Good luck and welcome.

Hi Jan welcome to FT. You will defiantly get the support and encouragement here as you have already noticed, even when you are not feeling great, or are injuried. Ask the questions and you get the answers or atleast the direction to were you can get the information to your questions.
