Ive read a few threads on the message boards and signed up, seems like a great site for people with a multitude of goals.
Myself, ive been only hitting the gym for about three months, mainly cardio as im not well up on weights and dont want to risk injury. I have been doing rock climbing though for a few years and thats whats pointed me in the direction of the gym, to build strength and stamina.
