as it was late monday I was given a programme starting about right now. I would like to delay for about a week or 2 and try to find a cheap bench and a few other things. I'm thinking if I start plugging in values 2 weeks late it would screw things up. What is the best way to do delay? Create new acct.?
You could just change your goals to something different on the weekend BEFORE the week you want to start.. then immediatly change them back to what your goals really are.. that should reset your program and have the dates match up with when you want to start.. I think if you reset your program on monday or any other time during the week it will make your program start the following week.. so don't wait til the last second to do it...
