I just signed up and was looking at my suggested workout. I should start off by saying that I used to work out a lot so I have an idea of what works for me. I was suprised to see my suggested workout be "chest" one day (with four excerises), etc.
That seems like it would be a quick workout. Is there a way to make the site provide an hour long per day plan?
In the past I'd do chest/back one day, arms/shoulders one day, and legs/abs the thrid day.
Should I just follow the stock plan? Or can I get the system to modify my plan? Or should I just do my own thing?

Why do you want a long workout? You shouldnt workout for longer than a hour at a time anyway.

Cody...I finished the 8 week program last week and was very impressed with the results. Give it a shot for the 8 weeks. I think you'll see that it's an effective plan.
If you want to do more on your workout days then you could always add some crunches, some cardio (at the end of your weight training), or even focus more on smaller muscle groups that recover quicker then others. I workout 3 days a week...so while 1 of those days had my biceps included in the workout I still did some curls the other days. Also I presume you're workout out 4 or 5 days a week...so try to take a day or 2 off and see what it looks like with 2-3 days a week.

I honestly thought that workout thingy was going to give me a light workout of all body parts each day. I was VERY pleased to see it broke it down to one a day!
I am doing a 12 week program here and i started today! The gym will be calling my name in about an hour!! :dumbbell:
-------------- I will either be RIPPED or DEAD in 12 weeks with the help of FT!!!
