Hello! I just started on Monday and will give this a try. I lost 20 pounds on weight watchers, but then gained back 10 and have plateued ever since. So, I am stepping up my workouts and now with the help of free trainers, counting my calories. I hope this works.

I am also new. I started on Wednesday. I want to lose the weight, I have been eating right (no fried or sweet foods) since the 1st, but I need to add excercise to my plan. I want to look healthy and be able to look into a mirror without frowning. I really hope this works.

Hi there! thanks for writing me back. Exercise is the key. I joined a gym a year ago and know that my body has changed a bit, but I never lost any weight, so I signed up here to mix up my exercise schedule. I like the calorie counter too, and am now adjusting some of the foods that I eat. So will will see what happens.

Hey I am just starting too. I also am doing weight watchers and I am glad that I have found someone who is doing it too. I heard it does work and now reading it from you I am so excited and can't wait to see the weight fall off. I want to be able to go out and play with my son and be able to keep up. My husband and son are whats getting me through and wanting it more than ever. :)

Hey - I started running at the same time I did weight watchers so its a good idea to incorporate excercise too. I never thought I could run, but I have been running for 5 years now! (Nothing major though, just for fun) When I started I ran for 2 min. walked for 3 min and worked my way up adding an extra minute of running each week. Now I run 30 min. walk 2 min and then run 30 min. I only run spring through to fall outside though and do different stuff during the winter like the ellipical and the bike at the gym.

I love the elliptical. I do that at the gym not matter what. It's easy but works like a charm. :dumbbell:
