HI! I just started the program today, thanks to a friend, who told me all about it at work.

I've been overweight almost all of my life and am really just getting tired of it. My goal is to lose 50 pounds, which I have done once before (but of course I gained it all back!) and intend to do so again. Wish me luck and to everyone else the same!!

Hey girl! I guess this is it....Here we go, no turning back now...Hopefully, we'll both end up right where we want to be! PS.. we should really get back to walking at lunch...lol

Walking at lunch would be a good idea and it's great that you can do it together.

welcome zaralmoroc! good luck with your fitness goals, i ahve learned over the years (me being a stubborn mule! lmao) that the key is not to just to lose the weight, but to keep it off, which is harder than you think. But if you are determined, you will succeed.

Thanks all of you for the support. brandijo, I don't want to turn back, just go forward!! We do need to walk at lunch though, because I know I felt better when we did. :D We just need to talk about work so we walk faster... lol

Hello, I just started Monday 29 with my first workout and I love it . I do everything at home its wonderful but im a little sore today ! I'm tring to lose 50 lbs!! So I wish well to everyone else and I'm wishing well to me !!!

any advice, I start on monday?I want to get into the best shape ever, like yesterday. I am sick of looking like this.
