Hi all, I just finished my first program , ,I will definitely sleep good tonight, spent almost 2 hrs , thought it would be less than 1.I sure am worn out , but feel really great too.:)

I think that the time that you spend will depend on the program and also on how long you rest between sets. My program takes a little over an hour, except one day that takes a little longer.

Keep going, good luck reaching your goal.

Glad to hear it!! Sleeping does come easier after a good workout program during the day (coming from an insomniac!)

I, too, am sorry to hear about your relationship, but you seem like such a strong, active, capable person with all you've done for yourself - building a log home by yourself, owning a business, I am sure that you will succeed in whatever you set your mind to!
