I'm thinking of splitting my training into twice a day, with my cardio in the am and then weights later on in the afternoon or the pm. I was also considering creatine supplementation soon, and had a few questions. Before my am cardio, what should I eat? I was thinking something small, like an apple or banana or something, then come back for my oatmeal, toast, whatever breakfast. I know about the stacking stage of creatine, so should I be taking this BEFORE or AFTER the am cardio? I'll do the rest of my day, then after the pm weight training take the 2nd creatine dose for the day, followed up about 45 min later by a protein shake.
