:dumbbell: I'm new here I was looking for a website that has streaming videos of exercise programs I can do at home. I take hour walks just to lose weight but I can only do them on my days off. At work I snack at the Apron Simple Meals and get a cookie I was 204 but I gained it back again I wonder what I should be avoiding do you have any suggestions I'd really appreciate it thanks.
