I started with my training today, it was great but exhausted; but i couldn't finish the whole four set program for today, i only did 2 sets and half.
should i complete the rest tomorrow? or leave it at that?

Yes don't worry about the last set, but next time take a lighter weight and finish your program.

When it comes to work on different group muscle, does that mean i don't have follow the sketch provider?
i don't use a lot of weights, 1st set 40lbs, 2nd 50lbs, 3rd and 4th 60lbs. the thing that i noticed is that it took me 1 and half and i need it to go one more set.
besides the time since i had to go to work, i did the work in the morning half an hour after i woke up without breakfast and i started to feel sort of like the my sugar was dropping. i've work out in the past but i've never done it in the morning so intense.
