Well I am 14, and I really want to start getting into weight training. My dad just bought a new home gym and I was wondering how much weight I should start with, with how many repetitions. I weigh about 130 pounds, and have fairly good muscle size in my arm just from genetics but I want to get another inch higher, and some more width. I would also like a 6 pack, Is this all obtainable for a 14 year old? And how long might It take? Im starting to cut down on the junk food lol.. And mainly drinking water so I think im off to a good start.

post your input please and thankyou.

possible yes...just training/nutrition and dedication

start by learning form of squats, deadlifts, rows, pull ups, dips, close grip bench press, curls, .....and ofcourse crunches/situps/leg raises/twists

do these exercises as a circuit....maybe 1-2 working sets of 12 reps after 1 set of light warm up set....do 3 sets of each ab exercise with 10-12 reps...increase difficulty of of ab exercises by doing decline crunches or doing leg raises with legs stretched out (instead of bent maybe), hold a plate...etc...for other exercises just slowly increase weight...
