I've been working out for years. About 2 years ago I had an injury, it stopped me from my daily workouts and I am finally almost 1000% my problem is I'm having a really hard time getting back to my workout routine of at least 5 days per week. I'm, female and 53 and a little depressed st how fast I've lost muscle and motivation. I enjoy working out but I can't seem to get my focus back.
Any ideas?
