Hi,
I use whey protein and I have been reading a lot about how you should be drinking a shake in the am before a workout. I mix my shakes in my blender and my blender is really noisy and it would wake up everyone. I was wondering if anyone makes their shakes the night before? How long will they keep mixed up in the fridge?

thanks:big_smile:

Yeah, they will be just fine. You can just shake it up a bit before drinking it up.

I freeze mine the night before because I leave it in the car while I am working out and it gets hot as hell in my car.

Would it be classified as overly competitive if I refused to let a 4 year old beat me at chutes and ladders?
