I was told that my work out should not be any longer than one hour (not include the cardio)! My work out usually last for an hour and 1/2. . Any tips to keep it under the hour ? I work out 4 times a week, and I work out every muscle once.
Thanks

Try keeping your rest periods brief. You will see that this will be beneficial if your goal is to gain mass.
Good luck!

I usually do 3-4 different exercises per muscle group and leave the rest times at about 45-60 seconds. I usually finish my routine in 45 minutes or so.

i can't help resting for about 2 to 3 mins between sets...I know its bad, but i somehow hesitate on going further because i worry that i won't make my next set then....

I think my biggest problem is like skinnyrobin, I end up resting for 2 to 3 minuets between sets. Sometimes I have no choice, otherwise I won't make my next set.
I like to follow up the program was designed for me?
Any suggestion would be appreciated,
Thanks

Train more days but restrict the time you spend in the gym - split the muscle groups down so you are working them twice a week. Also concentrate on getting the muscle to failure/growth in the quickest possible time and dont waste time on pointless sets were you use poor form which lack intensity.
I would consider myself quite anti-social in the gym - there is very little small talk with other gym members except for a polite hello. Get in - work out - and get out...its the only way to progress and reach your goals.
good luck

True enough. Time saved and workout dramatically improved. Pump also more intense.

Whats wrong with resting 2 minutes between sets? If you're going heavy then you need that rest. Like someone else said, don't be chatty and keep your intensity level high. You'll go through the workout in an hour and come out the better.
