I have just joined FT, and blown away with the amount of resources here, brilliant. Just wanted to introduce myself my name is Roy I live a little country called New Zealand. I have one ques if anyone could shed some light, i just completed my personnel plan and goals, which is to increase muscle, and the fitness plan i have recieved has me doing for example 20,12,10,8 reps. I was under the impression that to increase muscle you keep at a low rep, can anyone help me. cheers and have lovely day

In most cases, high reps are for a warm up - At least for me, 8-12 is a good rep range after I'm loose.
