I just wanted to ask if any of you females out there have tried kickboxing or boxing or even "boxercise" as it is commonly called in many gyms. It is an AMAZING workout and you're having SO much fun doing it that you don't even realize an hour has gone by! Anyhow.. if u haven't tried it yet i strongly urge you to give it a try... the results are great too! :)

You can if you really want to. I had a sponsor and everthing for a competition but I ended up joining the Air Force!

Yes I am. I am stationed in England. I haven't done any yet but there are plenty of opportunities over here. When I get time of course:)

any martial art would do 2... Taebo is also good...I've been envoloved with Taekwondo for about 14 years....and there's nothing like...This is for the guys and gals.

I enjoyed the Taebo tapes. I personally hate aerobics, but I don't mind kickboxing or the likes. To bad, there doesn't seem to be a lot of those classes in Taiwan.
