Hi all! Last night I awoke to a pain in my left kideny, so I went to the doctor this morning and found out I have a urinary tract infection which moved to my kidneys. He prescribed a really strong antibiotic which I have to take for 10 days I think. I am wondering wether or not I should dare exercise (light workout of course) with this infection? I just finished taking a week off after my 8 week program and really miss working out, but I don't want to risk this infection getting worse. So I am wondering if anyone has ever had this problem and can I do light workouts while recovering?

kidney infections can be nasty. If you feel tired or feverish at all I'd definitely take a break for at least 48 hours. If you feel completely well, check with your doc
