I am 10 % body fat and still my abbs are lacking... How can I build them up I am doing many different excercises.. some one answer please thanks

If you are 10% and abs are not showing, then you probably have not built them. I would suggest doing ab work 2-3 times per week with resistance. Doing ab work like just situps, etc. will not build you the 6 pack you are looking for.

train your abs as anoter mucle group,
that is to say, train them with weight

one exercise I like is decline sit ups using a bench....build up strength by graduaallly increasing decline....then when highest incline gets too easy...and you can do it for at least 20 reps....hold a plate or dumbell...or you can drag the bench over to the cable station....using a rope attachment....(holding the rope ends around your neck)....perform the sit up or crunch as usual using increased resistance using the cable resistance...usually they start at 5/10lb and go to 150lb....

Do variations of leg raises...
