Overall: Clean+Push and Press or Clean and jerk
Legs: Back/Front Squat
Back: Deadlift/Pull Ups/Cleans
Chest: Dips/Incline Bench Press
Shoulders: Push and Press
Biceps: Ez-bar curls
Triceps: Close Grip bench press

does close grip bench emphasize the tris more then the close grip pull down
