LAST SEPT I TORE MY PETELLA TENDON AWAY FROM KNEE CAP AND HAD TO HAVE SURGERY TO HAVE IT RE ATTACHED. I NO LONGER HAVE ANY PAIN BECAUSE OF IT BUT FIND THAT IT'S WEAK AND I WOULD LIKE TO START LOSING WIEGHT AND EXERCISING...ANY IDEA'S ON SOME LOW IMPACT AEROBICS I MY TRY AND OR EXERCISES TO STRENGTHEN THE KNEE

Coming back from any knee injury, I would wear a knee brace. (sorry to hear about that) To strengthen it, I think you should try some exercises using just your bodyweight such as squats and lunges as they involve the knees. Good luck.
