Ok so I've had this issue for awhile now. Never got it looked at. Anyhow on the top of my knees towards the inside of the leg I get excruciating pain when I try and put wait on it. It feels as if someone is stabbing a needle into my knee. I am a heavy person weigh 320 pounds and I just started working out today. I'm supposed to do Barbell squats and Leg Presses tomorrow. I'm very concerned about working these areas. Lasttime I tried working these areas I strained it pretty bad and hurt to walk on them. Any recommendations on what excercises to do to try to strengthen this area with out killing it.
