You should figure out what you are doing that is aggravting it. Have someone check your form on all of your exercises. if it continues maybe a visit to a physical therapist to figure out if you have amuscle imbalance.
Icing it down after working out will help bring down inflammation but it won't resolve what is causing the problem.

I do circut training a lot and I have been having a problem with my left knee. I doesn't hurt while im working out but it will start to get sore 3 or 4 hours after my work out. So when im at work it hurts and it pops and it feels loose. I was wondering should I start wearing a knee brace or should I use the R.I.C.E thing?
