I'm going to get a pair for squatting but was wondering if I should wear them for deadlifting also as I do both on same day but on DE squat day and never on ME squat day.
I basically do my DE squat work then deadlift deficits followed by speedwork, deficits are at 75% and 80%.
When I go for a deadlift PR I don't squat that day.
i use them occasionally for squatting. but not for deadlifting as they have enough lip on them to catch the bar a little bit...
also, i only use them on squatting cuz i realize later on i will be using knee wraps. not so on deads. try them out anyway i guess. i have the Tommy Konos. They were cheap, like me. Obviously Rehbands are at the top here too...
