I have a kung fu competition in 7 weeks from tomorrow (just found out - 27/May). I need to lose 1 to 1.5 stone in that time, I weigh 12 stone now and I am 5 foot 6 inches. I will be training 4 times a week in the morning cardio for an hour, and the other 3 days light cardio in the morning. About 2 hours of Hung Gar kung fu in the afternoon everyday and also high rep weight lifting. I have my work out set but I need help with the nutrition side. I have read a few guides but it talks about eating meat which I cant do being a student and all. I have access to alot of tuna on the otherside of that.
