Hey people, I'm new here. I'm about 5'2, 109 lbs., and interested in fat loss and toning. For my nutrition plan I got these results:

Protein: 108 g
Carbs: 216 g
Fats: 18 g
Total Calories: 1439

Does that seem correct?? ...anybody??

Probably not, but to know for sure, tell us more about yourself - weight, height, activity level, etc.
