Hi, I'm Laura. I'm not very new to working out. I've done it off and on since high school. I'm looking for encouragement and motivation. A partner to keep me accountable would be nice too. I have zero willpower. LOL.
My short term goals are to lose 20 lbs within 4 months and start running.
My long term goals are to be healthy and strong for my children.
