Okay I'm not entirely sure how to put this in a way that won't seem too... forward? I saw the post on butt fat and couldn't help but wonder how I might achieve getting some for myself, I have 0 in the rear end department, no cushioning what so ever back there, the only thing stopping my pants from falling to my ankles are my hips, which is a reason why I don't wear hip-huggers as my husband would like. All I have ever heard though is about exercises to remove fat from the area, or to tone up the muscle, and given that you can bounce a quarter off my rear isn't exactly making me feel as though toning the muscles there any more than they are is going to give me a shape back there unless it's just entirely flat. I should also probably point out the fact that this has always been an issue for me, even when I was at my heaviest the weight just gathers around my midsection and no place else, my arms stay firm and free of flab whether i lift weights or lift a remote, my legs are the same, walking, jogging, running, lunging, or sitting around the house doesn't change a thing about them. Overall I am thrilled with my progress so far, I've dropped 4 inches from my waist and seem to be losing more and more everyday, but even with that I can not see myself wearing a bikini or even a swimsuit without having shorts on to hide the fact that I have nothing behind me, does anyone have any advice at all? Maybe I've missed an exercise somewhere along the lines that will give it a shape or am I just doomed to implants back there?

Try Lunges or squats - and go heavy on the weights! That should help build up the glutes. If you sit down with care the next day, your on the right track! Hope this helps :)

At this point you do not want to gain FAT. I_AM-azon is right, build up your glutes. A full body routine will give you more proportion though.

yeah, no lifts you do are gonna make you burn fat in the butt. you cant spot reduce, so workout your glutes without fear of burning more fat there specifically. I think yuo need to go heavy like i am azon said in order ot build mass.

We are all different and our bodies are built differently. We just got this one body, but the wonderful thing is that we can do lots of things with it! (o;
Try very deep sumo squats. Works wonders!
