Does anyone have recommendations for a good source of protein for someone who cannot take Whey Protein?

you can take whey supplemets if you buy lactase supplement....they are sold at most drugstores under different names or you can get generic....try www.vitamin.com....they are fairly chip...just a few bucks...

although you can also eat whole foods, lean meats/poultry, eggs....soy, you can get complete protein sources also by combining foods like black beans/brown rice......seeds,nuts,...etc...look online at how to combine different foods to create complete proteins...

Just get a pure whey isolate. Add digestive enzymes if you like,Protease enzymes are for protein digestion.
