ok since i am not young anymore but not old,,i've had 4 children and after a women has kids the muscles in thier stamach stretches now i have four ,,,i am doing the 12 week abs workout and i see alot of changes in other body parts but my mid area seems to stay the same....i changed my diet is there anything else that i must do ....? i do cardio,jogging,kickboxing,lifting......ladies help me and my stomach
