I wouldn't worry so much about calories as I would about nutrition. If it's low in calories but it doesn't fill you up or stick with you then what good is it?!

Why are you obsessed with this? I read it three different times now...Like rmatt said "if it is low and calories but it doesn't fill you up or stick with you then what good is it" You have to look at the whole picture not just one tiny detail.

Breakfast may well be the most important meal of the day, starts the metabolism off on the right foot so to speak. I find it best when dieting to start the day off with a solid carb/protein breakfast like oats and eggs, or whole grain toast for instance, and as the day goes on you taper back your calories. In the morning is a good time not to be too stingy on your calories, and whole grain cereals like Kashi Good Friends or Oats are a great start, along with a solid amount of protein.
