Well as the subject goes..large..this is very new too me..I'm happy too find a program that doesn't ask for money when you come on..that in it self is a turn off...I have gained alot of weight in the last 4 years..getting bigger each time..this year as of jan..i decided i couldn't go on ..i joined a gym and have been working out 5 days a week..unfortunatly not real sure what too eat..gave up soda..and most sugar..still have to have a fix ...midnight snacking..and drinking more water...the only problem i have NOT lost any weight i actually have gained...Now I am even more upset...please help...choc

just drink only water, and cut out most of your fat. Also to cardio, 3-5 times a week.

maas66 ... Could the gain of weight be in muscle mass? Do your clothes still fit the same or better then when you weighed less? You could be losing the fat but gaining in muscle mass. Just a thought.

If midnight snacking is a big problem, stick with high protein, low carb foods. This will make a big difference along with your regular diet- I hate to use the word diet, because most consider a diet pratically starving yourself. A diet to fitness is 5-6 small meals a day. You will get plenty to eat, as a matter of fact a lot of people think they are eating too much because they are always full. Good luck and welcome.
